15+ years of clinical experienceParis 17 22 rue TorricelliC2 English fluent communication

I have worked as a physiotherapist for more than 15 years, supporting patients through active, individual care informed by current scientific evidence.

I speak fluent English at C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). We can discuss your symptoms, goals and rehabilitation in English so you can ask questions and understand your treatment comfortably.

My musculoskeletal practice focuses on the back and neck, shoulder rehabilitation, tendinopathy, running injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation. A Credentialed MDT therapist trained in the McKenzie Method, I have also completed specialist shoulder and cervical spine training. I begin with a precise assessment of what limits you: pain, mobility, strength, endurance or confidence in movement.

My goal is to help you manage symptoms while rebuilding lasting capacities, autonomy and the activities that matter to you. Patient education, progressive exercise and shared decisions shape your rehabilitation plan.

The therapeutic relationship is central to my practice. As a motivational interviewing trainer, I pay particular attention to listening, understanding your goals and building care in partnership with you.

Clinically rigorous physiotherapy, always centred on the person.

Regain the capacities
that matter to you.

When pain improves but strength, endurance or confidence remain limited, rehabilitation continues towards the demands of your daily life, work or sport. Strength assessment, functional testing and progressive resistance training help define measurable goals for return to running, return to sport and return to play.

A practice that
keeps developing.

Since graduating in 2008, I have continued specialist training in mechanical therapy, pain, shoulder rehabilitation, headaches, strengthening and behavioural sciences to keep my practice informed by current evidence.
